The JMF is governed by four (4) major bodies organized as follows:
1. The General Assembly (G.A), also called the General Meeting, is the supreme body of the organization. The G.A is the supreme body of the organization. It includes all members of the Association. Corporate members, that is to say the member associations are represented by their statutory legal respondents.
2. The Board of Directors (B.D) is the management body of the organization. It consists of eight members. It consists of a President, a Vice President, a Secretary, a cashier and four councilors.
3. The Control Commission (C.C) is composed of two auditors with recognized good reputation and moral integrity. The duly appointed and who will establish his attention to an annual report on budget and account usage.
4. The Coordination is the executive body of the organization; it is responsible for the effective achievement of the objectives of the organization, coordinating all field programs and projects. It oversees the head office and branches of the foundation.
