Over the years, forests have been depleted due to the increase in demand for fuel in form of firewood, charcoal, construction and projects. this has greatly impacted on our environment as there is enormous shift in the climatic conditions within our area.

It is for this cause that the foundation spear headed the planting of trees across the various communities to save the country from desertification.
